Cartwright and Butler have taken a traditional rich Christmas pudding and turned it into an impressive show stopper. Made with vine fruits and zesty candied lemon and orange peel, with a generous slug or two of orange liqueur this version of christmas pudding is then covered on the outside in whole slices of candied orange.
This pudding certainly has the wow factor in looks and taste with a delicious sweet (but not too sweet) and sticky orange flavour, I am sure you will want to be going back for seconds.
