This iconic traditional English Christmas pudding by Carwright & Butler has been made in the traditional ball shape wrapped in muslin cloth, often referred to as a cannon ball. Made to a time honoured recipe rich in fruit, brandy, port, walnuts and spices, this pudding makes a stunning centrepiece to any Christmas table. Just about the only improvement you could make would be to top it with a sprig of holly and a dask of icing sugar!
